Duuuuuuddddeeeeee.......
I found this guy on Instagram; he’s using my grandfather’s picture as his profile picture. And i thought its just fuckin odd. Considerin i dont know him, ive never spoken to him….but he’s on my facebook cz we went to the same high school. He added me ages ago and just “likes” my statuses and pictures from time to time.
I’m actually a lil bit pissed off....

soooo…..i was browsing for healthy diets, and then i came across an article, big thighs may be wise. To calculate, you use a hip to waist ratio. Measure waist, and then measure hips. Divide waist by hip.
If your waist is over 35” ur screwed, or 40” for guys.
If your hip to waist ratio is above 0.85 (girl) or 0.95 (guy)…well then we are at risk.

i never make resolutions in the beginning of the year. i wait until i realize i need to change and then start making that list.
